- Warranty & Return Policy
- 30-day money back guarantee effective from the delivery date of your shipment.
- Please be advised that all returned packages for refunds must be returned as “new” with the original retail boxes and all accessories contained in their original packing. Items returned without the complete accessories included will not be processed and will not refunded since the manufacturer will forfeit the warranty.
- Damaged or defaced items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee. Any physical damages made to the product, the product being defaced or the item considered "used" are not refundable.
- We do not offer cross-shipping in any case.
- We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for sending any packages back to us. We are not responsible for any package lost during shipping unless extra insurance is requested and paid by customer.
- All returned packages for refunds must be received by us within 30 days after the product being delivered. 20% restocking fee will be imposed if the product returned after 30 days after the product being delivered.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date.
- Shipping charge is non-refundable in any cases.
- Customers shall be responsible for shipping back units at their own expenses if refund or replacement services requested.
- Credit and refund are handled by our Credit Department, which may take 5 to 14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received.
- Return Procedures
Please read our warranty policy first before sending items back to us.
Customer must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product If the product you received is suspected to be defective and the product warranty has not expired, The RMA number will allow us to track your return much easier and help us expedite processing your request.
Please advise us your invoice number when requesting RMA numbers for returns.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 10 days to consider the RMA valid.
After receiving your RMA case number, pack the item(s) very well with the original retail box and all the original accessories included such as cables, manuals, and driver cd disks.
Write your RMA number on the copy of the invoice along with the complete package to send them back.
All items returned for credit must be in "as new" condition. Any discrepancies or used item will forfeit your refund.
All returns without RMA number issued and a copy of the invoice attached will be rejected.
If the product is returned without our authorization (RMA number not being issued), your return will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-send the package back.
- Replacement Services
Customers will need to return the products at their own expenses if replacement services are requested.
Our technicians will inspect all items returned for replacement requests. If the retuned product is found in working order, we will return the same item received. However customers shall be responsible for all shipping & handling charges incurred for getting the units back to customers.
If returned products are found defective, we will replace the product and assume the shipping cost for sending back the replacement unit to customers.
- Warranty Forfeiture
- Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice.
- Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with.
- Warranty is void for mishandling, improper use, or defacing the product.
- Warranty is void for physical damage, improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Shipping charge
- Any items returned after 30 days.
- Opened software
- Any items that are defaced or physical damaged. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund
- Any items that become non-functional due to user error or virus
- Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
- Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products
- Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt
- Any retail-boxed units without including the original retail box and its original accessories/parts.
Shipping & Purchase Policies
- Due to the technical nature of the products we offer, we do not ship overnight.
Delivery takes about 7-10 days. Depending on where you are located.
- Change / Cancellation of Order
Customers may make a change or cancel order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by phone immediately during our normal business hours to make any changes or to cancel orders. Please do not request a change or cancellation via email as we may not receive it in time. If your order was shipped and the tracking number was issued, you will have to wait until you receive the package and contact us to get the return authorization number before return. As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements and specifications; in return, we would like the customer to treat the order seriously.
- Please be advised that our online shopping cart will not process international orders.
- For all procurements of Tax Exempt and Federal Government Entities, a copy of the tax exempt certificate is required for filing.
For all product pricing, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. We are not responsible for manufacturer's price changes, mis-prints in user's manual or product design flaws, which may occur at any time without notice.
